Writers' Group Now Forming!
Our first informational meeting will be Tuesday, June 19 at 7:00 pm at Barnes & Noble in Pittsford Plaza, 3349 Monroe Avenue in Pittsford, NY.
Whether you write fiction, non-fiction, short stories, columns or magazine articles, you're invited to join us. Each meeting will follow a structured format, beginning with an instructional presentation and/or moderator-directed discussion. After a short break, we'll reconvene for a writing exercise and then discuss individual projects and writing goals.
The purpose of the group is to encourage each other, provide constructive criticisms of on-going work, and to pool resources in order to better promote quality writers in the Rochester area.
The group is hosted by award-winning author Phillip Tomasso III and award-winning freelance writer and columnist Joanne Brokaw.
